Federal Programs Coordinator for the Harrisburg School District is tasked to oversee the implementation of federal programs as it impacts the literacy, mathematics, and science skills of students and also to oversee the implementation of ESEA Flexibility and (.50 FTE - NSLA Julie Price) improvement of instruction coordinator. 

The Harrisburg School District will provide professional development for all administrative staff, Federal Programs Coordinator, teachers, and paraprofessionals through the Crowley's Ridge Educational Cooperative. This money will be used to fund the yearly assessment fee charged by the Crowley's Ridge Educational Cooperative. 

The Harrisburg School District will upgrade the current existing network infrastructure for our school district.  The Harrisburg School District will ensure that the Wellness Committee will observe and assist in the evaluation of the various methods used to distribute and collect free and reduced price meal applications as well as the student collection procedures to support the Child nutrition Director in making appropriate changes that improve access to the program by all students. This process resulted in Harrisburg School District gaining Provision 2 status with all of our students eating free. The Harrisburg School District will pay for the equity costs of providing free breakfast and lunches for a Provision 2 school.
