Virtual & Remote Learner School Photos
We will be doing yearbook pictures for full time remote and virtual students on November 4 in the Center for the Arts. We are mailing letters with the information. For families who have multiple last names, we gave a set appointment time between 8:30 and 10:30 am. For families with the same last names (or at least started with the same letter) we have set a time range during which they may come. That schedule is as follows: Last name starts with A-C from 10:30-11:30 D-H from 11:30-12:30 I-M from 12:30-1:30 N-S from 1:30-2:30 T-Z from 2:30-3:30 The HES and HMS nurses will also be working to complete vision and hearing screenings for those students who need them during these times. If you need additional information, please contact: email@example.com or 870-930-4627.

Introducing FLEX Fridays
The Harrisburg School District will be implementing three “Flex Fridays” to our onsite students on November 6th, 20th, and December 11th. Those students who are already remote learning or Harrisburg Virtual Academy will not change, but on-site students will learn remotely on those three days. No K-12 grade students will attend on campus on these three days. More information will be distributed through E-notes, parent phone calls and school notes.
Chili Supper for Mrs. Lisa
To know Lisa Curtis is to love her. She has a heart of gold and is always willing to help anyone in need. Mrs. Lisa recently found out that her cancer has returned and HCCPS Student Council would like to show her love & support during this difficult time. A curbside pick up chili supper has been planned for November 20. Orders may be placed online through a Google Form. Team Lisa shirts are also being sold. Paper order forms will be sent home with every student next week. Please have order forms & money returned to the school by 12pm on November 6. All proceeds go to Mrs. Lisa. In this community, no one fights alone. Let’s all show our hornet pride and help Mrs.Lisa WIN this fight.
